Trip Scheduling
   
All trips are booked on a first come, first served basis.  Seating is Limited!!  Call for reservations or to schedule your trip 501.258.2751.  Reservation deadlines are two weeks prior to trip departure.

Rates

Here at Point A 2 B Transportation.com we try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible.  We know from experience how expensive visiting an incarcerated loved one can be.  We not only offer 1/2 price rates for children under age 12, children 3 years of age and under are free, and we offer a 15% discount for families of 3 or more.

Payments

All Payments are due prior to trip departure date to confirm your seat.  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks via PayPal.  We also accept money orders and cashier's check payments by mail.  Please make sure to make all cashier's checks and money orders payable to:

Be sure to Include a note with your name, address, phone number, and desired destination so we may better determine a perspective pick-up time and location.

Cancellations

Trip Cancellations MUST be made at least 3 days prior to trip departure date in order to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations made after that time will incur a 25% service fee.  Trip cancellations for any reason by us (the company) or due to facility conditions (lockdown) will be completely refundable.  Point A 2 B Transportation reserves the right to cancel a trip at any time.  Should we decide to cancel a trip a full refund will be granted.

Refunds

Any refunds will be issued within 48 hours after cancellation.  Payments made online will be refunded via PayPal.  Payments made via money order or cashier's checks will receive a check refund.
